Kids Holiday Hootenanny

The Record Pub and Chords Music School – both located in Portland’s Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood – are teaming up to present a special Kids Holiday Hootenanny at The Record Pub on Saturday, Dec. 2, beginning at 1:30 p.m.
During the free event, students of the Chords Music School and all kids in attendance are invited to participate in a musical jam and play any of the provided bongo drums and Loog guitars, joining Chords Music School instructor and professional musician, Elodie Hatfield, in the performance.
The Kids Holiday Hootenanny, which is being held in conjunction with Sellwood-Moreland’s Decemberville, will include special raffle drawings and an appearance from Spinny the Snowman, who will be available for photos and will be handing out holiday treats to kids in attendance. For the parents, The Record Pub will be featuring its popular $5 mimosas and other specials throughout the day.
